insurance and cancellation

Our cars are fully insured. The excess in the event of breakage is 120,000FR.

Each rental day corresponds to 24 full hours. If the vehicle is returned after the scheduled time, a surcharge of 1,000 CFP francs per hour may be applied.

Any cancellation request made more than 15 days before the reservation date will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total reservation amount.

For any cancellation made within 15 days of the reservation date, no refund will be issued.

However, customers will receive a full refund or a credit note in the event of cancellation by the operator, particularly due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

No-show

In the event of a no-show, the reservation will be charged in full.
